Quick Tip Lets You Have a Lucid Dream Faster
How to Lucid Dream:
The first thing you need to master before you can have a lucid dream is to remember your dreams. This is not the easiest thing to do when you’re first learning how to lucid dream at first because the part of the mind that dreams has no memory, so you need to actually try to remember them when you first wake up, or you won’t remember at all. The importance lies in the fact that when you start to remember your dreams, you develop a sort of map that helps you recognize what you focus the most on when dreaming. This will help you later to recognize when you’re dreaming, and when you’re awake. You don’t want to embarrass yourself in real life by forgetting which state of mind you’re in at any particular time.
You should always try to have a lucid dream when you’re not so tired. If you work a normal week schedule, your best bet for a successful lucid dream would be early Sunday morning. Being less tired will result longer dreams, and you will have more control over what happens in the lucid dream. Many people that try to tell you how to lucid dream forget to pass on that one piece of important information.
